Charges Dismissed in Orange County Fraud Case

Prosecutors in Southern California on Thursday dismissed criminal charges filed against four people accused of participating in a widespread capping scheme. The Orange County District Attorney’s Office in December 2018 accused chiropractor Jeffrey Catanzarite, Dr. Max Matos, and marketers Veronica Martin and Ronald Martin of conspiring to pay for patient referrals.
