Fraud Announcement Raises Questions About Appropriate Interpreter Charges

A statement by the California Department of Insurance about the arrest of nine people working for an interpreting firm who were charged with fraud for, among other things, billing for services at medical clinics where staff or doctors already spoke Spanish, is causing confusion in the workers' compensation industry.
