Facts: Mengesha Kelkay fainted while waiting in line for an employer-required vaccination. He suffered injuries when he fell.
Kelkay was 85 years old. A doctor who examined him on behalf of the employer’s insurance provider noted that Kelkay had fainted once before, approximately a year and a half earlier.
