The Louisiana Association of Self-Insured Employers is holding a seminar June 22 reviewing the history of workers’ compensation and emerging issues in the industry.
The one-day seminar will review a standard workers’ compensation policy and its components and discuss how premiums are calculated. Presenters will also discuss basic principles of workers’ compensation laws, emerging issues and the latest legislation.
Seven hours of continuing education will be offered.
