U.S. Supreme Court Gets Second Petition Challenging Adequacy of NFL Concussion Settlement

The United States Supreme Court last week received a second petition for certirorari challenging the adequacy of the National Football League's massive class-action settlement with former players for failing to warn them about the long-term health risks of brain injuries they sustained on the gridiron.
