AP reports that on Sunday U.S. Steel has settled an asbestos lawsuit that it says should have been a workers' compensation case in the first place.70-year-old Roby Whittington of Gary, Ind., sued the company for cancer related asbestosis incurred as a result of his employment with the firm from 1950 to 1981.
