WCIRB Committee Says Insurers Should Have Options for Reporting '21 COVID Charges

Members of the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau’s Classification and Rating Committee on Tuesday signaled support for allowing California insurance carriers to decide whether they want to use a new unit statistical code for reporting COVID-19 premium charges not included in their 2021 filed rates.
