A 2016 federal report that highlighted shortcomings in states' workers' compensation programs has been posted again after it went missing from the Department of Labor's website.
A DOL spokesperson said the report, titled, “Does the Workers' Compensation System Fulfill Its Obligations to Injured Workers?” was inadvertently removed when the department recently underwent a “website migration” to new web addresses.
