Workers Notch Wins in Subrogation Efforts

A pair of workers in Pennsylvania and Illinois scored victories in cases involving third parties allegedly responsible for causing their injuries. The 1st District Appellate Court of Illinois on Wednesday overturned a lower court decision denying a petition from an injured worker to intervene in a third-party claim that her employer filed.
