Gov. Kevin Stitt on Tuesday signed into law House Bill 2367, the wide-ranging workers' compensation reform act that stakeholders on both sides of the divide worked on all session.
Most of the provisions of the bill took effect immediately and will finally correct multiple problems with the 2013 law that Oklahoma courts have held to be unconstitutional.
