High Court Says Comp Commission Decisions Need Not Be Introduced as Evidence on Appeals

Maryland's highest court ruled that when a party aggrieved by a decision of the Workers' Compensation Commission appeals to the circuit court and requests a jury trial, that party does not need to introduce the commission's decision into evidence at trial to make its case.
