Claims management company Mitchell/Genex/Coventry has signed an agreement to acquire QualCare Alliance Networks Inc., according to a Business Wire news release. QANI has served New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania and is considered one of the largest managed care organizations in the tri-state area, according to the news release.
