Benchmarking Study Seeks Input From Claims Leaders

Rising Medical Solutions has launched its Workers' Compensation Benchmarking Study for 2020 and seeks input from claims management professionals. The annual study, now in its eighth year, aims to investigate how claims companies are dealing with priorities and problems identified in the 2019 study. More than 1,200 frontline claims participants identified issues ranging from shortcomings in training, advocacy-based claims models, the growing use of technology, and increased consideration of benefits.
