The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania upheld an award of hearing loss benefits for a long-time utility worker. Case: First Energy Nuclear Operating Co. v. Koch (WCAB), No. 1420 C.D. 2021, 11/16/2023, unpublished. Facts: Paul G. Koch Jr. worked for the Duquesne Light Co. from 1977 until 1999, when the First Energy Nuclear Operating Co. acquired the company. He continued working for First Energy until 2016.
