A Huntsville insurance broker was indicted Thursday on one count of mail fraud involving a scheme to divert customers’ insurance premiums for his own benefit, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Alabama announced.
David Randall Mullins, 45, was indicted after causing Travelers Insurance Company to mail a policy cancellation notice for one of his customers to Mullins’ home address, according to a release.
