An Ohio appellate court upheld a denial of permanent total disability benefits for a worker who retained the capacity for sedentary employment. Case: State ex rel. Mignella v. Industrial Commission, No. 22AP-155, 11/09/2023, published. Facts: Mary Mignella worked for the Warren City School District Board of Education. She suffered multiple injuries in a workplace fall in March 2011. Chiropractor Denise M.
