False Job Searches Bring Fraud Conviction for Milford Claimant

An Ohio claimant must pay $7,239.78 and serve two years under community control after his July 10 conviction on one count of workers' compensation fraud and one count of forgery, the Bureau of Workers' Compensation announced Friday.
