State Fund Names Margie Lariviere General Counsel

California's State Compensation Insurance Fund named Margie Lariviere general counsel, a position in which she will serve as a member of the carrier's Executive Committee and provide legal advice to the board of directors, effective July 1. Lariviere has been a partner for Gordon & Rees since 2012, serving as lead trial attorney representing carriers in life, health and disability cases, State Fund said.
