The Delaware Superior Court ruled that a worker is not entitled to coverage for his use of medical marijuana to treat chronic pain from a compensable back injury. Case: Nobles-Roark v. Back Burner, No. N19A-11-001 ALR, 07/28/2020, published. Facts and procedural history: John Nobles-Roark worked for Back Burner. He injured his back at work in May 1998.
