The Ohio Supreme Court upheld a denial of compensation to the widow of a worker who lost his sight, hearing and use of his limbs for the brief period between his industrial accident and his death. Timothy E. Walters worked as a mechanic for Paradise Lawn Care Inc. On May 16, 2018, co-workers saw him repairing a small bucket loader.
