Supreme Court Says BWC Can Recover Overpayment of Benefits to Worker

A divided Ohio Supreme Court ruled that the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation was entitled to recoup an overpayment of benefits to a worker between the time she reached maximum medical improvement and when her temporary total disability was terminated.
