Fisher & Phillips, a national employment law firm, has created a new practice to represent employers' interests to government entities and keep them abreast of regulatory and legal developments.
The firm's Government Solutions Practice Group, which it announced in a Monday press release, will offer services to clients such as filing amicus curiae briefs with courts and the National Labor Relations Board, filing comments with regulatory agencies and speaking for their interests at trade associations.
