The California Division of Workers’ Compensation posted an order adjusting the Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics and Supplies section of the Official Medical Fee Schedule to conform to changes taking effect in the Medicare payment system next year.
The division said the order adopts the Medicare January 2023 annual update to its DMEPOS fee schedule.
The update applies to services provided on or after Jan. 1.
