A Texas appellate court ruled that a railway was entitled to summary judgment dismissing the negligence claims by the family of a worker who suffered a fatal heart attack while on duty.
Juan Espinoza worked for Kansas City Southern Railway Co. as a conductor. He was part of a crew with Manuel Chaires and Juan Hinojosa.
