Florida's Three-Member Panel is again asking the Legislature to step aside on medical reimbursement rates, but the panel stopped short of asking lawmakers to fix other problems that stakeholders have repeatedly asked for.
The panel, established by law to make recommendations to the Legislature on health care issues in the workers' compensation system, met Wednesday.
