Committees Pass Comp Bills Ahead of Deadline; Assembly OKs New Skin Cancer Presumption

Appropriations committees in both chambers of the California Legislature passed multiple workers’ comp bills last week and the Assembly unanimously approved legislation that would extend presumptive coverage for skin cancer to some game wardens and state parks employees.
