One Call Names Thomas Warsop CEO

Workers’ compensation health care service provider One Call appointed Thomas Warsop as CEO to succeed Rone Baldwin, who is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities.

The appointment follows the recent comprehensive recapitalization process whereby KKR, Blackstone and Chatham Asset Management LLC became principal shareholders of One Call.

Warsop brings experience in managed care solutions, insurance, financial services, technology and operations to One Call. Most recently, he served as chairman and CEO of third-party administrator York Risk Services Group.

Before York, Warsop held positions including CEO at The Warranty Group, group president of Fiserv Inc. and corporate vice president of Electronic Data Systems Corp.

Warsop has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University.
