The Nevada Division of Industrial Relations on Monday cited a restaurant in Boulder City for failing to comply with COVID-19 health and safety requirements.
The $4,858 penalty assessed to the Dillinger comes three days after the state fined an O’Reilly Auto Parts store in Dayton $8,675.
