Premium Assessment Rate Unchanged for 2024

The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division on Monday announced that the premium assessment rate for 2024 will remain at 9.8%, the same as was levied in 2023. The annual assessment funds operations of the WCD, the Workers’ Compensation Board, most of Oregon’s Division of Occupational Safety and Health, a portion of the Division of Financial Regulation and other parts of the Department of Consumer and Business Services.
