Ethics Committee Finds One Incident of Misconduct in Two Years

The Workers’ Compensation Ethics Advisory Committee found a single instance of misconduct in complaints filed against comp judges in 2022 and 2023, according to a pair of reports the California Department of Industrial Relations recently posted to its website. In all, the Workers' Compensation Ethics Advisory Committee received 49 complaints over the last two years.
