Worker Awarded Costs for Treatment by Unauthorized Provider

The Supreme Court of Tennessee’s Special Workers' Compensation Appeals Panel upheld an award of treatment to a worker who sought care from an unauthorized provider. Frederick Russell worked for Aluma-Form Inc. In January 2018, he sustained an injury to his left shoulder and neck.
