Supreme Court Accepts Review on Subrogation for Heart-Lung Benefits

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court will weigh in on whether a self-insured government entity can subrogate Heart and Lung Benefits Act compensation from a third-party settlement received by an employee injured in the line of duty.
