Judge Suspended after Alleged Sexual Proposal

The New Mexico Workers' Compensation Administration placed a judge on paid administrative leave while it investigates an allegation that he made a sexual proposal to a female injured worker, the Albuquerque Journal reported in a copyrighted story on Friday. Chris Berkheimer, a former congressional aide who was appointed by Gov.
