Arkansas Revising AWCC Rule 28

The Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission (AWCC) announces a proposed revision of AWCC Rule 28, "Death and Permanent Total Disability Trust Fund Claims." Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. section 11-9-205, the AWCC allows 45 days for written public comment through 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 12, 2003.
