Less than a year after creating a medical provider network for Northern California employers, Sutter Health has backed off its plan to market the workers' compensation service.
Sacramento-based Sutter Health operates 26 hospitals in Northern California, 12 occupational health clinics in the region, and provides industrial medicine services to 15,000 employers in the state.
