Voc Rehab Settlement Regs Posted for Comment

The Division of Workers' Compensation has released proposed regulations on vocational-rehabilitation settlements in accordance with AB 749 changes that permit injured workers to relinquish voc rehab benefits in exchange for up to $10,000. Section 10122 is amended and sets for applicable definitions in promulgating the changes made to Labor Code section 4635.
