Austin, Texas October 29, 2020 - Kids' Chance of Texas is helping more kids than ever pursue their education! For the Fall 2020 semester they awarded a record number of scholarshipsimpacting 18 kids with scholarships totaling nearly $50,000. The nonprofit provides educational opportunities to children whose parent suffered a catastrophic or fatal injury in the course and scope of their job.
The growth in scholarship recipients emphasizes the importance of securing sponsors and donors now more than ever. To raise funds, Kids' Chance of Texas will hold their Inaugural Golf Tournament on November 16, 2020, at the Dallas Athletic Club. Registration is still open! Event attendees can expect a day filled with golf, auction items, a raffle, and awards.
