Ms. Song Lloyd (Managing Partner) has diverse experience representing school districts, hospitals, construction companies, grocery store chains, transportation/metro companies, retail companies, staffing agencies, hospitals, food processing facilities, warehouses, restaurants, and many other business sectors. She is skillful in negotiation, claims settlement and aggressive litigation. Ms. Song Lloyd loves being a mother to her daughter, Lucy, and her dog, Kobe Bryant. Her motivations to succeed are all rooted in her desire to help pave the way for her daughter and all children to take risks and achieve their dreams.
Mr. Castro (Chief of Client Relations & Marketing) has been in the workers' compensation industry for over 20 years. He is especially skilled with marketing and nurturing genuine client relationships that have spanned over two decades. He has also played integral roles in creating industry events and developing innovative new ways to foster industry connections. Mr. Castro is a proud husband to his beautiful wife, Natalie, and a father to their three children. He treats clients like family, and he does not let family down.
Ms. Saavedra (Firm Administrator) is an industry leader who is well known for her ability to develop and implement business systems, strategic plans, and business development. She ensures that both the staff and clients have the systems, support, and resources in place to be successful. Ms. Saavedra is extremely passionate about her family, and she takes pride in having raised her five children as a single mother. She is now enjoying being a grandmother, and she speaks at domestic violence shelters to help give people a chance at a new life through a successful career.
