Brandon, FL (July 18, 2023) - Debra Livingston, ReEmployAbility CEO & Founder, will join panelists at this year's Workers' Compensation Educational Conference for two panels.

The 77th Annual Workers' Compensation Educational Conference and the 34th Annual Safety and Health Conference serve as a nationwide meeting point for workers' compensation professionals. This conference stands out as a prominent event where workers' compensation and safety/health experts gather. With attendance exceeding 7,000 individuals annually, professionals participate in educational courses and networking events to ensure they remain well-informed about the latest workers' compensation industry developments.

"Achieving Return to Work with Empathy- Practical Solutions," panel will take place on Tuesday, August 22nd, 2023, beginning at 10 am and will focus on empathy within the Return- to-Work niche. Panelists will include Allison Kelly, VP of Business Development for Sedgwick, and Gregory Hamlin, SR. VP of Resolutions for Berkley Industrial Comp, and Kimberly Pfingstag, Manager Occupational Care & Recovery of International Paper. Panel participants can expect to learn practical solutions for working with their claims from the point of view of empathy and advocacy.

Join Debra again the following day on August 23rd, 2023, for a discussion on "Mental Health Recovery During a Workers' Compensation Claim." The panel will begin at 11:15 am and includes Michael Bute, Project Manager and Business Partner Solutions, Associate at Aon Corporation, and Dr. Miranda Kofeldt, VP of Clinical Services, Ascellus. The session will teach participants how to center mental health recovery for workers' compensation claims and best practices for injured workers' mental health challenges.
