The Texas Supreme Court unanimously ruled that a truck driver’s family could not assert a civil claim against his employer for allegedly overworking him to the point that he died in a crash. Case: Mo-Vac Service Co. Inc. v. Escobedo, No. 18-0852, 06/12/2020, published.
