The founder of Keenan and Associates, the largest privately-held insurance brokerage and consulting firm in California, passed away last week.
John Keenan died after a lengthy illness at Torrance Memorial Hospital, the company announced in a Thursday press release. Keenan entered the insurance industry in 1954 after returning home from service in the U.S. Air Force's operations in Korea.
