Roofing Company Faces $117,000 Fine after Workers Dies in Fall

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has proposed that a Cincinnati, Ohio roofing contractor be fined $116,900 for alleged safety lapses that led to a roofer falling 40 feet to his death.
