A Fort Myers man is accused of stealing more than $1 million by providing fictitious workers’ compensation insurance and payroll services, and then pocketing his clients’ payments. Ivan Hernandez, owner of Global Staffing and its successor, Professional Staff and Payroll Services, could face more than 25 years in prison if convicted.
