Regulators Mulling Electronic Submission of Medical Records to Speed Up IMR

OAKLAND, Calif. – The Commission on Health and Safety and Workers’ Compensation on Thursday endorsed a proposal to mandate electronic submission of medical records during the independent medical-review process, a move meant to address concerns about delayed treatment reviews.
