The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation is moving ahead with changes to its outpatient formulary that would remove two dozen drugs and add several more.
The rule changes, which received no public comments during the review process this fall, now go to the legislature's Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review. If approved, the new formulary will take effect April 1, the BWC said in a bulletin.
