Proposed Vocational Rehab Rule Withdrawn

The Vermont Department of Labor has withdrawn a proposed vocational rehabilitation rule, and it has been taken off the agenda for Thursday's meeting of the Legislative Committee on Administrative Rules. The current rule will remain in place, Stephen Monahan, director of the Workers’ Compensation & Safety Division, said in a memo.
