Judge Upholds Injunction in ExamWorks Lawsuit; Defendants Say it Defies State Law​

A federal judge in California has ruled against four defendants who allegedly stole trade secrets from a medical supply company after she upheld an injunction that prevents them from doing business with clients or entities they knew while employed by the company.
