Oregon employers on average will pay 5.6% less for workers’ compensation coverage in 2021 than they did this year, the Department of Consumer and Business Services announced Wednesday.
The average pure premium rate for 2021 will fall to $1 per $100 of payroll from $1.05, the department said. The decrease will continue an eight-year run during which rates are down a cumulative 48%.
