A Wisconsin roofing contractor faces $104,390 in penalties after U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration inspectors cited it for failing to protect workers from fall hazards for the 13th time in 10 years.
OSHA said it issued citations for two willful, two serious and one other-than-serious violations to Diaz Roofing on March 7.
