Mitchell Acquires PBM Jordan Reses

Mitchell, a San Diego-based technology and service provider to the automobile and workers' compensation insurance markets, announced Wednesday that it has acquired the assets of pharmacy benefit manager Jordan Reses. Jordan Reses provides PBM services to the workers' compensation and automobile insurance industries. The company, based in Marlton, New Jersey, was formed when founders Marshal Reses and Jordan Sitnick merged their independent retail pharmacies to create Jordan Reses Prescription Center.
